CAR parking charges are going up at Evesham Community Hospital within the next few weeks.
The increases are in line with other car parking fees in the district, which have risen from 20p to 30p an hour.
The hospital's business support manager, Lesley Robson said: "Hospital budgets are so tight that rather than make reductions in services we have decided to raise a little bit extra cash from car parks." Disabled people and relatives who spend long hours at the hospital, she said, would be given special concessions.
