MOONSHINE Tales and Other Stories is a new exhibition by Vered Lahav at the Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum until September 14.
Best known for her beautiful photographs and unusual installations, Vered Lahav is a young artist who graduated from the Royal College in 1998. An inventive storyteller, she sources images and ideas from newspapers, car boot sales and her own past.
In this exhibition she is showing six pieces of work which juxtapose photography and three-dimensional objects. Vered explains that she is interested in telling stories which allude to the personal histories of individuals and families as well as universal themes such as childhood.
