I NOTE that MHDC have recently advertised nationally for a Head of Best Value and Performance Improvement, at a salary of £42,500 thus "creating a new strategic support team at the centre of our organisation to help us to embed best value, improve our performance and prepare for our comprehensive performance assessment" (could anyone translate please).
Would it not have been simpler and cheaper for Council Tax payers to appoint a Dreams and Teams Project Officer advertised at the same time for the Youth Support Sports Trust at a salary of £27,300?
This seems to be a similar but happier post.
