THE development company undertaking work at Worcester's Tallow Hill has sold two leasehold interests.
St Modwen Developments is redeveloping Tallow Hill to create a business and retail park, at a cost of £16m.
It is also constructing a replacement car park, canal bridge and new road.
The company, which is part of St Modwen Properties plc, based in Birmingham, has sold its long leasehold interests in two office units at The Oaks, Clewes Road, Redditch.
One unit was sold to the adjoining occupier, M-Tech Computers Ltd, for £120,000 and the other to Surgicraft Ltd, for £235,000.
"These sales reflect the current strength of the owner/occupier market for well-designed and located properties," said Alan Williams, St Modwen's director of investment properties.
