KERRY Giddings scored the only goal as Stourport Swifts finished on the wrong end of a shock 4-1 drubbing at Midland Alliance side Boldmere on Saturday.
Swifts will aim to make up for the friendly defeat with another pre-season clash at home to Stourbridge tonight (7.45pm).
But Swifts player-boss Tim Langford dismissed the Boldmere result as a fitness exercise.
He used 20 players as he experimented with a number of systems including three in attack.
Swifts have also organised a home friendly with Rushall Olympic on Thursday (7.45pm).
