A DROITWICH medical practice has been recognised for its staff appreciation.
Salters medical practice, in Ombersley Street, has recently gained Investor in People status.
The Investor in People award is a standard by which organisations are measured, looking at how they perform as a team and how each member of staff is valued and trained.
"We are very proud that after a great deal of hard work from every member of staff we have now achieved Investor in People status," said Dr Ian Kerton, senior partner at the practice.
"We think this is also a reflection of the high-quality care we are able to offer to our patients."
The practice has six GPs and looks after approximately 10,500 patients.
