JAMES Sheehy was named man of the match after scoring a hat-trick in Bromsgrove Athletic U14s' 5-2 pre-season victory over Ombersley Colts U14s.
Athletic could only field ten players due to illness and holidays but they were rewarded on six minutes with a goal from Matthew Hill.
Penalty
Sheehy went close for the hosts on two occasions before opening his account on the half hour and he completed his hat-trick with two strikes the second half despite Ombersley pulling goals back.
Athletic's Karl Miles scored from the penalty spot ten minutes from time.
Bromsgrove Athletic U14s are looking for two more players to complete their squad for next season.
