A Malvern Town Reserve side strengthened by the inclusion of several first team players, ran out comprehensive 5-0 victors against neighbours Malvern Rangers in the Express and Star West Midlands League Division 1 (S) at the Langland Stadium last night (Thursday).
Keith Holmans, Gary Smith and Barry Hughes quickly secured a 3-0 half time lead for Town, with all of the goals coming during the first 30 minutes, whilst in the second half, 70th and 80th minute goals from substitute Lee Hooper completed a convincing victory.
The Town Reserves are at home to Mahal on Saturday (2.45pm) in another League fixture.
Finally a reminder that the Town Under 18's are at home to Cheltenham Town in the Herefordshire County Youth Cup Semi Final THIS MONDAY, 29TH APRIL, KICK OFF 7.30PM.
