MALVERN Town visit lowly Walsall Wood in the Express and Star League Premier Division (2.45pm) tomorrow (Saturday).

Town will be without Mark Brooks, badly injured during a game last Sunday, but include new striker Dean Roberts for the first time. He will line up alongside 16-year-old Lee Hooper and 20-year-old Matt Upton in a youthful Town attack.

Chris Thomas returns from a seven day suspension as does Phil Slade, but Slade, sidelined for several weeks with a bad ankle injury, only trained for the first time on Tuesday evening and will test the ankle in the reserves home Evesham Hospital Cup tie against Inkberrow.

With regard to tomorrow's game, Town boss Joey Rawle said: "We have just had two decent results and were a bit frustrated that last Saturday's game was called off, particularly as we had two home postponements either side of Christmas, but although Walsall Wood is never an easy place to go, we are confident we can pick up three points."

Rawle will select from: Alden, Higgins, Damore, Cotterill, Davies, Clayton, Walker, Stevenson, Holmans, Mogford, Thomas, Upton, Hooper, Taylor and Roberts.

On Tuesday, Town begin their bid for a third WFA Senior Urn Final appearance when they entertain Alvechurch at the Langland Stadium (7.45pm).

Following the postponement of last Saturday's scheduled trip to Bustleholme, Town reserves play host to Worcester League Ink-berrow in the first round of the Evesham Hospital Cup tomorrow (Saturday), supporters should note that this match kicks off at Langland Stadium at 2.15pm.

Next week the Town U18s are currently without a fixture, but there is a possibility that one might be arranged, supporters should check with the club and local Press for details
