PAXFORD garage owner Clive Wadey had two race wins at Darley Moor in only his second visit to the Derbyshire circuit.
Wadey had problems in practice with a too-soft compound rear tyre that was sliding a lot under power.
For the first race Wadey fitted a medium compound tyre and led from start to finish on his Suzuki Katanana 1200, beating Kawasaki rider Beiersdorf from Droitwich.
In the second race Wadey did not have such a good start, Beiersdorf led for half a lap when Wadey passed on the back straight going on to win for the second time.
