A Malvern couple have admitted attacking a husband and wife when they appeared before Worcester Crown Court.
Matthew James Hadley, aged 28, and his partner Carol Anne Fletcher, 32, both of Clayfield Drive, assaulted Laurence and Laura Skinner on Friday, October 12, 2001.
Hadley admitted causing grievous bodily harm to Mr Skinner, and Fletcher pleaded guilty to common assault on Mrs Skinner.
Sentence was adjourned for three weeks by Judge Andrew Geddes for pre-sentence reports to be prepared.
Both defendants were granted conditional bail at yesterday's hearing.
