HUNDREDS of motorhomes made their way to the Three Counties Showground on July 12, 13 and 14 for the annual gathering of the Auto-Sleepers Owners' Club Rally.

Around 200 day visitors from the Malvern area joined more than 1,000 owners' club members at the show on the Saturday.

Attractions included a classical laser show, hot-air balloon flights, laser clay pigeon shooting, hover craft driving and a parachute drop by the Princess of Wales' Regiment, as well as a variety of music.

Many visitors went home from the show the proud owner of a new motorhome, as 90 per cent of the vehicles on its newly-introduced second-hand motor homes display were sold over the weekend.

A charity raffle drawn on Saturday night raised £5,000 for the British Retinitis Pigmentosa Society, St John Ambulance, Three Counties Agricultural Society and the Salvation Army.
