BEWARE pensioners! Get your eyesight and your memory tested. I am absolutely disgusted. I was born in Malvern, my grandfather was the last horse-drawn taxi driver in Malvern. My father lived in Malvern all his life and fought in both wars, so I feel I'm a part of Malvern. My husband and I always buy a parking disc and a Malvern Hills Conser-vators disc. But somehow this year we failed to notice our resident's disc had run out. Instead of leaving a polite note reminding us of our error, we were greeted by a £20 fine or £40 if not paid within two weeks. My husband went and got a new one straight away. This was a genuine mistake on our part, we did not want to break the law. We are not criminals but were made to feel like it.
