POLICE are appealing for information after a number of aluminium beams were stolen from the bridge under construction at the Wyre Piddle bypass. The beams, worth £500, would have taken a vehicle several hours to remove. Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area is urged to contact the police on 01905 723888.
