COLWALL Cricket Club will be hoping for third time lucky when they visit Elvaston on Sunday (August 4) in the national quarter-final of the Village Championship.
Colwall have met Elvaston at the same stage the previous two years but have so far failed to get past their Derbyshire opponents, who were beaten in their Lord's final last year after winning the competition the previous season for the second time.
The winners will have the bonus of a home semi-final tie on Sunday, August 18.
A coach for supporters will leave Colwall Green at 10am on Sunday (August 4) for Elvaston. Contact Peter Pedlingham on (01684) 540242 for more details.
