SEVEN riders competed in the Velo Club Sevale 12.5 mile hilly time trial held on the Welland - British Camp - Eastnor - Hollybush - Welland circuit.
Once again Brian Boswell demonstrated his hill climbing ability by coming first in time of 34min 23 sec, over a minute ahead of his nearest rivals Dave Dickerson and Mike Amery.
The full results were:
1 Brian Boswell 34m 23s, 2 Dave Dickerson 35m 37s, 3 Mike Amery 35m 51s, 4 Kevin Minsky 37m 35s, 5 Andy Cole 42m 21s, 6 Tony Knight 42m 51s, 7 Jim Sharrock 45m 24s.
The next event is on Thursday (August 8) which is a 10 mile time trial on the Severn Stoke course. Note that from the beginning of August the start time of events reverts to 7pm.
