IT is disgusting that anyone could dump such beautiful puppies (Evening News, Monday, July 29).
My sister's dog was tied in a carrier bag and thrown into a skip when he was a puppy.
Thankfully, the RSPCA found him in time. I can't believe anyone could be so cruel.
