A BROMSGROVE-based electrical franchise operation has appointed a new national franchise development manager.
Mr Electric, based at Stoke Prior, is Britain's only national electrical contractor.
The company has appointed Adele Slaney, who will be responsible for taking prospective franchisees right through the process before they make a commitment to the business.
"I'm delighted to be joining the Mr Electric team in what I hope to be a mutually beneficial move," said Ms Slaney, who has 14 years experience in the shipping industry, dealing with import and export.
"Essentially my role is to make prospective franchisees fully aware of both the implications and opportunities of becoming part of one of the UK's most successful franchise operations."
Clive Houlston, UK franchise director, said Ms Slaney would be a "central cog" in the Mr Electric wheel.
"Her role will incorporate all areas of the business and we are confident that she will do it justice."
