PARENTS who are struggling to keep their children entertained this summer could try visiting Severn Trent Water's recreation and visitor centres.
There are almost 40 sites across the area, with walks, water sports and angling on offer.
"We also have a number of special activities planned throughout the summer holidays, such as
Animal day
a special children's day, an animal day, mask making,
puppet shows and a bat safari," said Geoff Nickolds, the company's recreation and conservation manager.
"It's also a nice way to get out and enjoy the fresh air this summer."
Sites in Worcestershire are located in Trimpley on the A442 north of Kidderminster, and the British Camp, the ancient fort in the Malvern Hills off the B4218.
