LEGS 11 ace Kelvin Reilly's desire for a swift return to action could be frustrated at the weekend because his face is too swollen for him to wear a helmet.
The Wimbledon rider is eager to get back on the bike for the Redditch team despite two high speed smashes in successive races.
In his latest dismount, Reilly hit the track face first at around 100mph in the World Superstocks Championship at Brands Hatch.
His helmet was destroyed and the extensive facial damage has yet to calm down.
Team boss Dave Worthin-gton is awaiting the results of a medical tomorrow (Thursday).
If Reilly fails to make the grid, backup rider Rhys Boyd will be Legs 11's only representative in round ten and is unlikely to be threatening Redditch rival Andy Tinsley, who is enjoying an excellent season.
Tinsley sits sixth in the championship, just seven points adrift of Keiran Murphy, and the Tin Man wants to pass him on the leaderboard.
Fourth place at Silverstone is Tinsley's best finish of the season to date and to better it, the Astwood Bank ace has to beat the infamous Church corner.
