A LAKESIDE resident has been thrown out of her home by Redditch Council for noise nuisance.
The woman is the first person to be evicted by the council for anti-social behaviour in the last year.
The eviction, in June, followed a joint operation between police, residents and council officers.
Since April this year, three other council tenants have been served with a notice of possession proceedings for antisocial behaviour.
The notice is a preliminary warning to tenants stating they are breaching their tenancy agreement and they have been ordered to improve their behaviour within a certain time period.
If they fail to do so, court proceedings will be taken against them for eviction.
