CHILDREN in Bromsgrove were getting wet and wild at a new play scheme last week.
The Ryland Centre, in New Road, has organised a host of exciting activities to help children aged five to 12 get through the long summer holidays.
Around 60 children attended each daily session last week, enjoying a water world day and a barbecue.
They even had the chance to cool off by making ice cream sundaes.
This week youngsters can look forward to working on their very own garden patch.
There will also be the opportunity to go on a selection of day trips, including outings to a children's farm and a zoo.
The scheme runs from Monday to Friday, between 8.45am and 3.30pm until August 30.
For more information call the centre on 01527 875207.
