POLICE are still looking for witnesses to a road rage attack which ended with a man being hit in the head by a missile fired from a catapult.
It happened on Bidford bridge at about noon on Thursday, July 11, when one man confronted another in a line of traffic before firing what police describe as 'some sort of missile from a catapult'.
The man received treatment and stitches for his head wound.
Police have had a number of leads and information about the incident and believe the attacker was driving a new white Vauxhall Combo van, which had ladders on top of the vehicle on the near side.
The driver of the van is described as white, of slim build, 5ft 10ins tall, with blond hair.
Detectives believe the vehicle regularly travels along the B4085 between Bidford and Honeybourne and believe it is possible the van has been involved in other incidents of reckless driving.
Anyone with information should call 01789 762207.
