IT WAS reported in the London Gazette that SJW Automotive Design Limited, whose Registered Office was 4 Oswestry Close, Walkwood, Redditch, is now in voluntary liquidation.
At an extraordinary general meeting of the company held at Canterbury House, Newhall Street, Birmingham, on July 5, "it was proved to the satisfaction of the meeting" that the company, which was formed in September 1993 and whose nature of business was automotive design engineering, 'could not by reason of its liabilities, continue its business'.
Andrew Appleyard, of BKR Haines Watts, Canterbury House, Newhall Street, Birmingham, was appointed as liquidator by the members and creditors of the company, for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.
The registered office address of the company is now the same as that of the liquidator.
The resolution was signed by S J Workman, director.
