DEAR EDITOR - Am I missing something here?
Why produce "affordable" accommodation within the Worcestershire Hotel site in Droitwich Spa now that house prices are at a peak?
Why could not this project have been undertaken some time ago when they were much lower?
On this basis, Wychavon Dictrict Council would have had less of a problem extracting money from an elderly local celebrity.
Preserving the whole or part of this building is debatable when a good percentage of land area is seen as an open space.
