MARKS & SPENCER plc is in the running for the prestigious Employer of the Year award.
The retailer, which has two stores in Worcester's High Street, joins The Carphone Warehouse, Capital One Bank Europe plc, Claridge's Hotel and Astra Zeneca European Business Services on the winner shortlist.
The award, sponsored by Croner Consulting, is part of The National Business Awards.

It identifies the employers who provide a stimulating and supportive workplace through well-developed corporate values and the active involvement and development of all its employees.
