COLIN Larkin will return to promotion-chasing Kidderminster Harriers attack for tomorrow's Nationwide League Division Three clash against Carlisle United at Aggborough (3pm).

The on-loan Wolves striker missed Harriers' last match at Mansfield Town because of a hamstring injury, but is now fit to take over from Ian Foster who will be on the substitutes' bench.

Midfielder Mark Blake could be another sub after returning to action on Wednesday in the reserves' 0-0 Avon Insurance League Cup draw at home to Tranmere Rovers.

The Aggborough skipper has been suffering from an Achilles tendon problem and last played for the first team on January 8.

Harriers boss Jan Molby said: "We'll see how he is before the game but I think the match will come too early for him in terms of his overall fitness."

Adie Smith should be fit after suffering a slight hamstring niggle playing for the reserves while Andy Ducros (hamstring) and Sam Shilton (groin) are both ruled out.

Molby is warning his players to be on guard against Carlisle's hot-shot striker Richie Foran tomorrow.

He said: "They bought him from the Irish side Shelbourne and he's really found his feet now. He's a handful, so it's going to be difficult for us."

Foran was Carlisle's marksman when they beat Harriers 1-0 at Brunton Park on October 20.

Molby, however, is hopeful that his side can turn the tables on Saturday, but is warning his players that they face a tough test, particularly as Roddy Collins' men will be anxious to bounce back from Tuesday's 3-1 home defeat against Darlington.

He said: "Before Tuesday, I think what has impressed everybody is the calibre of the opposition that they have got results against. Their last three away games have been at Rochdale, Luton and Hull. They won at Hull and drew at the other two.

"That's impressive, plus in their last few home games there have been some very good results, one of them being 6-1 against Leyton Orient.

Molby watched Carlisle's match against Darlington and felt they were unlucky to lose.

He said: "In the first half they could have been four or five up. They remind me a little bit of us. They are young and they have got a lot of pace in the team. They'll give us problems that's for sure.

"I think the pitch in the end on Tuesday took its toll. It was heavy and Darlington defended deep, but Carlisle impressed me.

"In the first half they looked as good as anything I have seen this season. You can understand how they have had such a good run."

Formcast: Harriers to win 2-1 in a closely fought match.
