IAN Foster is set for a place in Kidderminster Harriers' starting line-up for tomorrow's Nationwide League Division Three clash against Macclesfield Town at Aggborough (3pm).

The former Hereford United striker was drafted on as a substitute for injured Colin Larkin on Tuesday night and notched both goals in Harriers 2-0 home win over basement club Halifax Town.

Larkin had to be replaced after a quarter of a hour because of hamstring trouble which is expected to rule him out of tomorrow's clash.

"I don't think he'll be okay. We have obviously got to make sure he's 100 per cent before we chuck him back in," said Aggborough chief Jan Molby, who is again likely to be without Mark Blake because of an Achilles tendon injury.

He said: "Mark feels a lot better but he still hasn't done any running or training. All his work, because it's an Achilles, has been restricted to the gym and swimming pool, so he's highly doubtful."

Molby, meanwhile, is urging his play-off hopefuls to show Macclesfield the respect he believes they deserve, despite them being in the lower half of the table.

He is impressed by the way they play and believes they are fully capable of upsetting the form-book in away matches.

The former Liverpool star said: "They have four away league wins so far this season. It's the same as us, so they are more than capable on their travels.

"I like Macclesfield. They try and play football in the right manner. They play the same system as us, 4-3-3, and they have had some good results as well as some disappointing ones.

"They play some excellent football and have got some very good players. Rickie Lambert has come in and done ever so well. He's a young striker from the reserves.

"I also think that the return of Chris Byrne -- he came back to Macclesfield from Stockport -- has given them a boost. He's a player whose capable of getting a few goals."

Seventh-placed Harriers will be bidding for the 'double' having beaten the Silkmen 1-0 at Moss Rose on October 7 thanks to a 23rd minute winner from Larkin.

Macclesfield are currently 16th in the table, having pepped their fortunes recently with a 1-0 victory at Swansea City which was followed by an impressive 2-1 home triumph over high-riding Shrewsbury Town.

Harriers have re-arranged their trip to Halifax Town for Tuesday, March 12 (7.45). It was postponed on December 22 because of a frozen pitch.
