The group's second meeting will be held at Fred Bennett Centre, George Street, Kidderminster, on August 20 at 8pm.
The main item on the agenda will be the compilation of the 2002-2003 guide to Vegetarian Worcestershire, which the group will publish later this year.
It will contain information on accommodation, places to eat, health and wholefood shops, and groups in Worcestershire. Ideas are invited for inclusions in this guide, such as shops selling cruelty-free toiletries and make-up, suppliers of recycled and biodegradable products, and other groups with similar aims.
Suggestions can be sent to Amanda Woodvine at Vegetarian Society (Wyre Forest), PO Box 2980, Kidderminster DY10 2ZJ or e-mail info@ wyreforestvegsoc.co.uk. She also has details of the "vegan taste-in" in September.
A deputy chairman, secretary, newsletter editor and publicity officer will be elected at the meeting.
