MALVERN'S game against Feckenham on Saturday was abandoned after 46 overs due to a heavy downpour with Feckenham on 187-6 and Malvern looking in a promising position.

The visitors lost a couple of early wickets, Adshead to a fine slip catch by Jeremy Lee and Monk to a good diving catch at mid wicket by Mark Baugh off the bowling of Neil Thompson and Rob Francis respectively.
South African E Potgieter, after a hesitant start, then proceeded to take charge of the innings and recorded and excellent century before being caught by Arnold off the bowling of Thompson for 107.
Thompson (3-50) was the most successful of Malvern's bowlers while Francis took 2-55 off 15 overs and Gordon Hawker bowled another economical spell.
Malvern fielded well as they took six catches in total, two for Lee and two for Francis.
Tomorrow (Saturday) Malvern travel to Cookley.
