AVONCROFT CC Seconds put in a poor performance to lose by five wickets at Old Vigornians last Saturday.
Having been put into bat by the hosts, Croft were soon in trouble, losing both openers inside three overs.
Despite battling contributions from Matt Hare (30), Guy Weston (17) and Bob Irish (16 not out), Croft's batsmen were all out for 134.
In reply, the hosts lost opener Horton to Deakin early on but, despite that, Croft did not bowl well and all Old Vigornians' batsmen chipped in.
The hosts reached their target with more than ten overs to spare for the loss of five wickets.
