Ducros nearly broke the deadlock for Harriers on 26 minutes with a rare header from the diminutive attacker.
He met a Smith cross from the right but his header was tipped onto the bar by keeper Collett and the referee gave an offside decision as Harriers tried to follow the ball into the net.
Collett was forced into another save two minutes later chipping around the post from a scuffed Henriksen 20-yarder.
The Dane was booked on 29 minutes after the referee ruled he met Ducros tempting cross with his arm.
Henriksen became the second yellow card following Flynn and the game continued to be fairly scrappy.
But Harriers lit up the game with a fine move which ended with Flynn heading across the goal only for Henriksen to fail to get a good connection on the ball with an acrobatic overhead effort.
