Dubliner Doyle began his career back in his native Ireland with Cherry Orchard before being snapped up by Premiership Coventry City for a nominal fee in 1998.
However, he was mainly confined to academy football and a trial spell with Harriers earned him a deal on being released from Highfield Road in January 2001.
Doyle became a regular towards the end of 2000/01, showing glimpses of his creative play-making skills, mainly from wide positions.
However, he rarely stepped out of the reserve team last season and has a lot of ground to make up in the final year of his contract.
League appearances: Harriers (00/01) 15, (01/02) 1.
This season: 1 game, 4 substitute appearances, 2 yellow cards.
Status: Substitute.
