I READ with great interest the article about The Cardinal's Hat selling beer in pints as opposed to litres.
Has anyone noticed that wine is sold in measures of 125cc and 175cc? And spirits are now sold in metric measurements - 25ccs?
So why is beer any different? All bottled brands are labelled in metric and not imperial. A bottle of wine is 75cl. A large bottle of wine is one litre. Then comes the 1.5 litre bottle. A box of wine weighs in at three litres.
Come on. If people want to drink from a litre-sized mug or whatever, don't be so stupid as to refuse them.
