PATIENTS at the Alexandra Hospital are being encouraged to have their say about the services provided for them.
Two suggestion boxes have been installed in the reception area and A&E department of the Woodrow Drive hospital as part of a Patients Suggestion Scheme.
Suggestions can be submitted anonymously if preferred and leaflets giving details of the scheme and explaining other ways of commenting on services have also been produced, which are available from the suggestion box point.
The scheme, set up by the patient services department, is also in operation in the receptions of Kidderminster and Worcestershire Royal hospitals, as well as in the A&E and minor injury units.
Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust's patient services manager Stephen Onions said staff could also use the suggestion boxes.
