Thousands of pounds were raised in just two hours when an entire village turned out to support a charity country fayre.
The residents of Broome contributed a staggering £7,667.50 at the summer event.
The funds have been shared equally between St Peter's Church in the village and the county's air ambulance.
Ron Willetts, from the air ambulance HQ in Dudley, accepted the cheque on behalf of the organisation, which is funded entirely by donations.
