DIETER Shroeder's comments regarding the inconsistent state of Worcester's many roundabouts are both timely and thought-provoking.
However, he may not be aware that owing to the constraints on local government expenditure in this country that such maintenance is down to the sponsoring of local businesses.
As a former employee of Kays, latterly Reality, might I suggest that they and Experian, both part of the GUS conglomerate, put something back into Worcester and sponsor the roundabout outside the Royal Worcester Hospital as they share the same site.
