A MAN was struck across the head and knocked unconscious before being robbed in a Worcester park.
The victim, who was returning from a night out, suffered two black eyes and cuts on his forehead and nose during the attack in Cripplegate Park, police said.
The victim woke up to find his Samsung A300 mobile phone and £8.10 in cash stolen from his pockets at around 11pm on Sunday, October 13.
"I would appeal to anyone who was in the vicinity of the park on Sunday evening to contact me," said PC Alex Derwas of Worcester police.
"I am keen to speak to people who saw anything to contact me on 01905 72388 quoting c/632203."
