A CHARITY worker has renewed his desperate call for a warehouse in Evesham to store Christmas presents for needy children overseas.
Regional co-ordinator of the Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child scheme, Bob James, urgently needs the use of suitable storage space for thousands of gifts for the charity's Shoebox Appeal, before November.
Mr James said: "I need a warehouse of about 3,000 square feet and preferably in the Evesham area. "
He also predicted another bumper year for the appeal, after the deluge of 114,635 shoeboxes received last year.
