ONE of the oldest male choirs in the country is holding its annual concert on Saturday.
The event at Kidderminster Town Hall, which starts at 7.30pm, is the 98th yearly event held by Kidderminster Male Choir.
Beth Dunn, Wyre Forest young singer of the year, will also feature, accompanied by Sarah Weaver.
They will line up alongside the current Welsh Association of Male Choirs' choir of the year and accompanist Maureen Bowkett for the event which is conducted by Justin Parker.
The choir, a registered charity, raises funds for churches, charities and hospitals throughout the year and the annual event raises cash to cover general expenses.
Tickets are available from J&H Russell in Kidderminster, Mr Cleancall in Stourport and Bewdley Books or from the ticket officer on 01562 751922.
