Evesham and District Association
THE first two weeks of the season in the H20 Plumbing and Heating Divisions has seen players ranging from eight to 70 at the table.
Four Section A teams have won both their matches. Littleton Bulldogs' Adrian Witts and Freddie Beswick defeated Evesham Eagles and SDM Firebolts 4-1 and 5-0 respectively.
Clubmates Rock and Rollers, meanwhile, saw off the challenge of clubmates Blades 5-0 but had a much closer match with St Peters.
Don Gould won two for the Saints only for Bob Beswick and Steve Perry to take the doubles and the match.
Luke Moffat beat his dad 11-8, 8-11, 11-7, 13-15, 11-5 to help SDM Spinners beat Eve-sham Emperors 3-2. The other unbeaten side in this section is SDM Outlaws' Sam Byrd and Oliver Smith who overcame clubmates Supernovas and Littleton Blades.
In Section B, David Target and Matt Goode from Littleton Bulldozers led the way with 5-0 wins over Wyre Snips and Evesham Swifts.
Young Ross Pankhurst and Grace Ford from Littleton Monkeys recorded two 4-1 victories over SDM Lionesses and Littleton Leopards.
Melanie Wilson, Anita Moffat and Rachael Sellick from Evesham Swans are the only other unbeaten side following victories over Blackminster Bullets and SDM Ravens.
