DRUNK man swore at police during an argument with his ex-girlfriend, a court heard.
Graham Millson had been asked to leave his ex-girlfriend's home in Woodlands, Evesham during a domestic row.
But the 27-year-old defendant became abusive when officers were called to the incident, Worcester Magistrates Court heard.
Suzanne Llewellyn, prosecuting, said the offence took place on Tuesday, July 30.
"They (police) saw the defendant and spoke to the owner who wanted him to leave," she said.
"It was a domestic situation - he started being abusive and told the officers to '**** off'."
"He was later arrested for being drunk and disorderly."
Millson, of Maycroft, Evesham, who was defending himself, told magistrates yesterday that he was unemployed.
"She was my ex-girlfriend, we had an argument," he said.
Millson admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
Magistrates gave him a six-month conditional discharge and ordered him to pay costs of £60.
