IT never ceases to amaze me how people only think of themselves.
During a recent visit to our local supermarket my husband, 18 month old grandson and I had to wait for a Parent and Child parking space, during this time we observed: A woman with a child seat but no children parking; Four adults - no children; A couple with children but the children were at least 10 and 11, surely not requiring the extra room to get in and out of the car; and two teenagers - again no children.
Every time we use this facility we are amazed by the number of people who selfishly park in this zone and have also observed the disabled places are treated much the same.
Getting and carrying an 18 month old out of a car isn't easy at the best of times so please don't park in these spaces unless you are entitled to do so.
