An enthralling game saw Kidderminster Harriers clinch their third away win of the season to continue their challenge for the play-offs.
A bizarre own goal from on-loan Shrewsbury defender David Artell gifted Harriers the points as he headed a Sam Shilton cross into his own net 10 minutes into the second half.
The scores were level after an amazing first half full of controversy.
Harriers took the lead on five minutes through Bo Henriksen despite him looking suspiciously offside but Shrewsbury equalised through Ryan Lowe.
Keeper Stuart Brock then did brilliantly to save the penalty from Nigel Jemson and Karl Murray's follow-up.
Lowe fired Shrewsbury in front for the first time a minute before half time but the visitors responded quickly with Danny Williams' deflected free-kick.
Harriers hung on easily after their fortunate third goal for a deserved derby victory.
