TWO men snatched a mobile phone from a teenage girl as she walked into Bromsgrove town centre.

Police are appealing for information after the men grabbed the 19-year-old's phone as she walked along School Drive at 3.10pm last Thursday.

A man ran up to the woman from behind, pushed her against a car and grabbed the phone.He then got into a car, where another man was waiting.

The woman suffered minor injuries to her wrist.

She described both men as white and in their late teens or early twenties.

The main robber is about 5ft 4in tall and of medium build. He has short brown hair, a fat face and a goatee beard. He was wearing a dark coloured baseball cap, a navy blue zip jacket and jogging bottoms.

The car they used was believed to be a light coloured, old style, Ford Fiesta, possibly a B registration.
