A WORCESTER artist will be showing of her new collection of oil and pastel works at the Foal Yard Gallery.
Beverley Schofield's exhibition, Still Lives in Oils and Pastels, will be running for a month at the Bransford venue.
"I have chosen to work from groups of objects that appeal to me in terms of colour and form," she said.
"I use the arrangement of these objects as a starting point from which to abstract and develop ideas.
"I'm interested in setting up relationships between colours and shapes. I like to experiment with the space in a painting and the texture of the paint."
Mrs Schofield, who exhibited her work at The Foal Yard Gallery just over a year ago, has also exhibited at the Royal Academy, Royal Birmingham Society of Artists and the Coventry City Art Gallery.
"We were delighted with the success of her last exhibition with us, but not particularly surprised, given the quality of the work she showed," said gallery owner Jeremy Cornwell.
Still Lives in Oils and Pastels will be running from this Saturday until Saturday, November 23.
