PLANTS, soil and other gardening questions are to be put to the panel at a school's gardening question time.
The Friends of Bishop Perowne CE High School, Merriman's Hill, Worcester, have called in top experts for the event next month.
Former pupil Chris Beardshaw - better known as the Flying Gardener - will be among the panellists, along with Frank Hardy, a former vice-principal at Pershore College, Adam Dunnett, nursery director at Webbs of Wychbold and Mike George, a BBC Hereford & Worcester presenter.
The event, which is being sponsored by gardening superstore Webbs of Wychbold, takes place at the school on Tuesday, November 12, from 7.30pm to raise money for the arts college.
There will also be a fund-raising raffle for Acorns Children's Hospice Trust.
Gardeners of all abilities are invited to participate and provide questions, or bring along any samples from their gardens.
Admission is by ticket only, and can be purchased from the school for £5 each.
The ticket includes a glass of wine. For more information call the school on 01905 746800.
