A WOMAN walking her dog encountered a half-dressed man sitting on a bicycle at the weekend.
She was walking her pet near a wooded area, off Ipsley Church Lane, on Saturday, at about 3pm, when she saw the man, who was naked from the waist down.
He is described as white and aged about 18.
He wore a balaclava and a black top with white stripes down the sides.
