REDDITCH continued their impressive start to the season with a 2-1 win at home to Market Drayton.
A Stephen Cook penalty flick and Anthony Brooks strike secured the points to give the Bromsgrove Road side seven points from their opening three fixtures.
Barlaston were beaten 1-0 away on the opening day before a 0-0 home draw against Rugeley.
And Saturday's result should keep Redditch in the top three of the DTZ Debenham Thorpe League West Midlands Division One.
The club's promotion hopes will be tested at Oswestry at the weekend.
The former Welsh League side transferred to West Midlands Two and romped to the title by dropping only two points all season.
Redditch will have an idea of the challenge ahead of them because Saturday's opponents trounced Market Drayton in a pre-season friendly.
