IT has taken two years but the B50 Bidford appraisal has finally been completed.
More than 1,300 villagers from Bidford, Broom, Marcliff and Barton returned completed questionnaires after 2,200 forms were sent out - making a 60.5 per cent return rate.
The appraisal asked villagers a range of questions on issues from transport to development plans.
All answers and comments have now been collated and put into graphs outlining the main issues.
A public presentation on the results of the survey will be held on Saturday, November 9, at Crawford Memorial Hall from 10.30am-4pm.
An action plan will then be produced by February.
The appraisal team has asked Warwickshire County Council, Stratford District Council, and Bidford Parish Council to attend.
Voluntary groups have also been asked along.
And Mr Gerrard said they were expecting several hundred villagers throughout the day.
